i fought it!!

well i was good and fought the urge to pig out!i made sum butternut squash wedges with chilli n garlic but i did have one slice of the very small garlic pizza bread out of dominos(mum was havin it)and from their website i worked it out as 2.5 per slice, as for 1/2 the pizza its 5 and theres 4 slices in it.. wil cut back 2.5 points 2mro to substitue for this..

isnt this ok to do?xx

yep that what you can do, flexible weight watchers aint it :)
