I got lost

I was doing so well and then after first WI, I got lost I don't know what happened it resulted in me picking for the next 4 days :-( I have been 100% since sat, but I did put on 3lbs in those 4 days. So the moral if my story is DON'T PICK and think your'll be ok. It's taken me days to get back on it and my stomach is making the worst rumbling noises today.

I'm the opposite. Weighing daily stops me going off track
 
I need to daily weigh too, I've just learned not to let the lack of movement get me down.

I too weigh daily
it helps me
I dont mind what the figure as long as it is within a 2lb range and anythin downward is to be celebrated

thanks for your timely warning about not picking I really was thinking I needed a bit of cheese :):)
 
I think if you can take normal fluctuations on the chin then there's no harm in it.... I usually do but this time round I'm going to try to only weigh 1 day a week!!!

We'll see!! Lol....]]X
