hay all,

im so happy with myself, I got slimmer of the week in only my second week, I got a massive basket of fruit and tins and packets, there was so much, and lots of fruit I havnt tried before like kiwis and grapefruit, so I am going to try it all,

yeah a full carrier bag of oranges, pears, bananas, apples, plums, grapefruit, kiwis, mug shots, soups, sweetcorn, canelinni beans ? and some jelly

well done. there was an apple in the basket last night at mine. Doesnt seem fair really. It was my first night at class so i will make sure i bring something each week now.
