    Honey - I m here with you...................

I've been trying to get on this too and feel like I cant do it - WE CAN !!!!!

I've avoided my friends, I've turned down invites to go out and not answered the phone.............I know exactly where you are coming from

WE CAN DO THIS..................ok maybe it may take a bit longer to get started but we will get there, we will do it and it will be worth it...............

Aww, just wanted to send some hugs really. I hate arguing too and sometimes on this diet I find I get a bi grouchy and then feel guilty...vicious circle.

You're not a failure though :) It's not always an easy diet and the fact that you're trying it means you're a success. Plenty of people never even start. You have to be in the right mind frame for it to work and you sound really fed up :( x

Aah, don't worry, I have been an absolute cow! I have given in and realised that I just can't go out and socialise at the moment.
But it is 12 weeks out of my life and the results are SO quick, you can do this, you really can! xx

6 weeks is a brilliant acheivement, you should feel so proud.
Ignore anyone getting at you, I know it's easier said than done, but it's amazing how much better you will feel when you see yourself thinner, and can know they are wrong about you and your weight.

It's ridiculously hard for most people, but there is a lightbulb moment when you do it, Honestly! I was trying to avoid talking about me, but I had my lightbulb moment not so long ago. I realised that I had done it. I'm no longer fat and have begun experimenting with new looks. I eat healthy foods, and like them, im decent sized portions too.

The reason I'm telling you this, is you've done it hard by the sounds of it, and might still feel like you're depriving yourself. You aren't, and as you move up the plans you should begin to see that. It's a lot easier to feel that way when you've just slipped into a tiny dress that would have never even gone round your thigh before hand, but to get to that point there is a journey to go through, and I can tell you it is worth it when you get there.

I hope that makes sense, I do tend to ramble on!

Good on you! Use that feeling, and see if you can do a whole day, then another!

It's not a secret, but I know how hard it is to remember when you are on the journey... that 6lbs you've lost the hard way...if you stick to the plan, you could have lost 6 times as much in the same time.
So, we all know you can do it, you've said you want it, and god knows the support here is cracking!
Starting right now, stick to it, and in 6 weeks time see just how brilliant you feel!

I hope that translates as positive as it sounds in my head, and not patronising, because I really want you to succeed, for you. I beleive in you, I know you can get there, just use the resources here if thats what helps.

    Go for it!

    Hey hon .
Just wanted to send you big hugs.. Getting through the first few days is hard but once you do 3 to 4 days in a row and get into ketosis its so much easier I promise you it is. We all wouldnt be here otherwise.
Six pounds is great.. so keep it up and before you know it you will be getting closer and closer to goal..
I have been on and of different diets for so long and this diet is one that has just clicked with me.. & now on 14 weeks and lost 50 lbs.
So chin up and today is a new day.. and you are going to be SLIM before you know it..
    xxx

Go and feel 3 bags of sugar/flour/whatever to make 6lbs - that's a hefty weight to carry so feel encouraged by what you have done so far. Ease yourself back in by cutting out carbs ruthlessly for a couple of days if need be and ignore any toxic remarks
