hey hey nice to see a fellow north wales person

today im 14stone 13lbs

which means i am now 8 stone 5lbs lighter then i was in feb =D..

i wanted to loose 5 stone this year but im on my way to 9 stones ...

just over 2 and half stones to go before im at my 11stone gone bit maybe just maybe i can get there by my birthday 28th jan x

i was 14stone 13lbs on my doctors scales 3 weeks ago , and 15 stone 7lbs on mine......

today im 14stone 9lbs on my scales.. (so on doctors scales i will be under 14 stone 2lbs yayy..

beyond happy x

Wow you have done great!! How long has it taken to loose the weight and what have you been doing! Is it xenical and low fat diet and exercise!
