i have a question.........

#1
Hi

I hope someone can help so here goes.

What weight/bmi do you have to be to then be classed as overweight and not obese?

At my heaviest i was class 2 obese and dropped to class 1 obese but am not sure if i am now overweight or how close to being overweight i am.

I am 5ft 5ins and am currently 13st 7lbs.

Thanks for any replies peeps xx

if you google bmi calculator it comes up with an NHS website which calculates your bmi but also tells you what catagory you are in,
good luck!

Between 25 and 30. Most charts show 30 to be obese and 29.99 as overweight :)

Hi Mastermind

Have just checked out the nhs bmi website and boo hoo am still classed as obese but hopefully won't be too much longer till i am overweight!!

And KD you are right it is for bmi to be below 30 and mine is 31.3 so i will give me another 2-3 weeks to get that below so i can the officially be overweight lol x
