    Just a little happy post really to say I've lost a stone! 7 weeks of a pretty relaxed variation of SF and a good few off-days but I've done it!

    well 1st week back on slimfast/ultralim have lost 4lb yay me. i know it will be less next week but just got another 3lbs of the 7 i put back on when i came off sf to go. then the real weightloss will begin this is where it gets hard for me as soon as i reach 11st2 weight loss halts. not gonna let it this time will work hard to get into the 10s

    Aww thanks guys! Have sts this week and last oh well can't have it all. I've been sort of slowing up on the shakes anyway lately to try and slow the weight loss even more so that I can find my maintenance calorie intake easily. I'd be happy to just lose 1lb every couple of weeks now until I reach target by summer hopefully.
