Hi hun, not really sure i can give advice as ive only been on ww for a day lol, but just wanted to let you know you are not on your own. That is my danger time to, i try to pass boredom by coming on here and facebook, however i really know i should be up and doing something.

If you stuff your face in the evening you need to find out why. im guessing its boredom like most of us.

You need to learn to deal with boredom and then make sure you have low point snacks or free foods. Carrot and cucumber sticks are a must and have saved me many times as well as sugar free jelly!

I'm in the same boat regarding willpower, I struggle too, my danger time is boredom at work, rather than evenings, though the past week at work has stressed me out so much that I've been scoffing on an evening TOO. Doubly bad.
I think as well as boredom, it's habit. I have a bad habit that I need to break, and one day at a time, I'll do it :)
You will too, but yes, the carrot sticks are a lifesaver..!!!!

Hi Lauren, as Shabba said, could you think whether there's a reason why, like boredom or may be you're stressed or tired? Can you try and distract yourself, like reading a magazine or having a bath, going for a walk, something that stops you thinking of food! I know its tough, I'm an emotional eater and when I'm upset nothing else but someone nice to eat will do! I'm getting better though, I just try and remind myself how much I want to lose the weight and if I eat it's only gonna make me feel better for a short time.
