I have quark and no idea what to do with it, help!!

You could make a lovely lemon cheesecake with it! Just whisk it up with some lemon juice, little bit of grated lemon rind, and sweetener, then smooth it over your chosen base and stick it in the fridge to chill. You could crush up a couple of alpen light choc orange cereal bars for the base, or use a mix of muesli and relatively low cal gingernut biscuits or reduced fat digestives.

Ouuuu that sounds lovely, will have to give that a try :)

yeh the options thing is pretty nice for being so low syn, mix half a tub of quark with a sachet of options and its kinda like chocolate mousse!

other than that it makes nice base for carbonara pasta!

I used it with an egg and some fromage frais to make a toping for mousakka/lasagne

And you can use it instead of cottage cheese to make quiche. You use it in the same quantities.
