I have survived day 1 of SNS Lifestyle :)

Day 1;

Cookies and cream shake - delish
Muesli yoghurt Bar - Delish
Rhubarb and custard shake - yuk! vile VILE! - went down the sink;
Strawberry shake - lush and has little fruit bits in! :)

For dinner I had;
100g chicken breast on foreman
100g broccoli
50g courgette
50g mushroom
100g slim noodles

was nice and filling - my first time with slim noodles! were bland but bulked out the dinner :)

Need to use more condiments but i didn't cook it as I was working!
