I have to get down from Obese

I have been dieting for a few weeks. I have lost a stone with 3 left to go and it suddenly looks like i will fail.

Please - how do you get back onto the path?

I think just posting here has to help
i feel like i'm at an AA meeting just posting here and until this evening i was certain that I could do it

I need to put several handfuls of sultanas and cheese behind me.

Hi Cloud - that's exactly what you do - and look how well you've done to lose a stone in just a few weeks!

You're on a pretty demanding regime, no sugar, low carb etc, so you need to give yourself some wiggle room - especially at this time of year. Do you know what set you off, and made you have doubts? If you can identify that then you can develop ways to deal with it next time.

This really helped when i was down about the diet...
I'm going back on lipotrim 100% today - no other kcal
it's a pretty empty forum at the minute.

I'm 3/4 way through the day and I'm feeling so much stronger.

how are you doing?

Eating for England at the moment I'm afraid lol - but going low carb in January.

Well done on staying focused, you can do this!
