I have to stop! Im so depressed!!!!!!!!

Ok as you may know Im a train driver. I started CD on wednesday and I have been asking the controllers for alot of breaks for the loo. Then today I had the runs and my manager called me in and ask what the problem is as I never ask breaks normally. I told him and he told me in confidence that if it continues they will have to send me for a medical and have to review my role!!! I cant afford to go from 42k to 25k because of this!!
Im soooo pissed off and depressed. Ive been in tears all day. I have done so well and for this to happen has been the biggest knock back.
Ill have to go back on WW, which Im ok about as when I was on it before I consistently lost every week when I stuck with it 100%. I will keep you all inform of my progress.

aww i feel for ya but look on the bright side, it dosent matter what diet your on as long as you are comfortable with it and its doable. you will still be on your journey to a healthier happier you and losing weight. it just may take a little longer but that means you will be able to see the little changes along the way and be proud of yourself for sticking to it even tho it took longer.

awww sweetie, that's really no fun and don't know if your manager should be doing that really! Either way, you have to make a living and if you know you can do WW but it just takes a little longer then worry not! As long as you have right mindset you'll do it!! Stay strong!

The weight will still come off at WW, just a bit slower. Is it worth 17K to get to goal faster?
I'd keep the money! More to buy your new wardrobe with when you get to goal :)

Thanks gals. I just had some tikka masala marinated chicken breast and feel so much better LOL!! But I didnt wanna eat it, I wanted to have a shake!! Anyhoo Im going to try and incorporate low GI food into my diet, I did WW before in 1998 and lost 7 stone and kept it off with no problems for about 6 years but as soon as my mum passed I piled it all back on. So I know I can do!! xxxxx

Hi Honey, I know how you feel. I am a signal engineer for Network Rail. So i work outside all day and night without a toilet. I only managed CD but sticking to the absolute minimum. 3 litres of water and drinking all these after work if i was on earlies or at night. It is really really hard. Hope everything works out for you!
