Since yesterday all I have wanted to do is stuff my face! Not with anything bad, just rice and pasta, mashed potato and beans ( I only do green days). I I am trying ti resist temptation ad I had a fab loss lasy week and don't want to spoil things.

Yes, all free but still contain calories. I don't want to go overboard but I just in such a greedy mood. Not even hungry, just want to eat!
