I know its bad....

    On my 3rd litre of water. :eek:) am so proud with myself and that alone, I normally struggle to start my 2nd.

    Down point, I've only had 1 shake today. I no it's bad but I haven't been hungry at all today, after yesterdays blip I thought I would have been starving, I had my 1st shake at about 2:30pm. I haven't had a headache, or hunger pangs which is surprising.

    Am and my 3rd and final job for the evening, I prob wont get home until 9! Do you think it would be ok for me to have both shakes as soon as I get home???

    I would say its better to have them both together than missing one !

    Weight Watchers/low carb/cc
    Ditto -- you need all three for the nutrition. I do not thnk you have to space them out like medication.

    they do recommend you have 4 hours between but not compulsary

    I just had two of the Maple and Pecan Porridge sachets cos I`m a bit fat pig and it`s lush so I wanted a nice big bowl haha
