I have WW scales which show weight to the quarter pound or switches to kilos and also has info regarding Body Fat, Fitness Levels, Body Mass with large LCD display and optional carpet feet.
    Hope that helps.

I've got a pair that I bought in Lidls. Nothing special (only cost a tenner I think) but they show your weight to 0.1 of a pound so shows the little losses ;)
You can also set them to show your weight in kilos, pounds, or stones.
