    Hoorai! :bliss:
No more hunger! It's taken me 2 weeks to the day for my body to not care much about food. No more nibbling I think. So hopefully I will be losing some real pounds now!

Thank you all for your brilliant support and advice. Let's hope we all carry on and never fall off the wagon!!!

And just because... I think it's truly awesome that I do not crave anything we are not allowed to have. I LOVE THE ATKINS WAY OF LIFE! Everyday the food is yummy and indulgent, I feel good for it, I don't get any zits, and as a bonus I lose weight.

    YAY us! :talk017:

Lost with the Klingons I'm afraid... lol.
Glad you're enjoying Atkins - I'm learning all the time. Still making mistakes I'm sure, but, it certainly seems to be the best way I've known to lose weight - even though it doesn't feel like you're on a diet? I'm still gonna be nervous about this Friday's weigh in...

It really does feel like an indulgent food fest, doesn't it? However I suppose it's conditioning, like everything in life. If we hadn't been brainwashed into eating mostly carbs throughout our lives, we would all be skinny, healthy and eating delicious meals hehehe

I am sure you will do great this Friday ;)

I think it's because I'm not buying crisps, chocolate, bread, fruit and all the stuff I was scoffing inbetween meals that I'm not now...I've only been buying eggs, salad and meat - I'm not hungry at any point now so I've completely stopped snacking, only have breakie, lunch and dinner.

I splurge now only on sugar free items...this week I bought a sugar free milky coc bar -- and ate it over 3 days...go me! before I would have scoffed the whole thing down within hours!!! Also, no headaches!!!!

    I love atkins.
