Well girls finally I have hit the 11s I started a 14 stone 7 lbs at the beginning of June now I am 11stone 13 today just goes ton prove it really does work!! Still got a way to go but I am determined to get into the 10 stone bracket before christmas!!! Although we do have holidays to get through going to take my shakes, it's a hard diet but so worth the feeling of being able to button up jeans with no overspill!! I am going to refeed in 2 weeks time quite excited at the prospect!!!! Thanks for the support here it really helps!!!!x
