yes! i know exactly what you mean, yesterday i walked to hampstead and everyone around me was enjoying lunch and a cheeky mid day glass of wine in the sun, and i almost caved but i thought to myself, if i push through then that will be me in the summer in comfortable clothes on maintenance - if i cave then i'll still be doing it in the summer feeling miserable in crap clothes!
