They were bloody lovely!! I adapted an SW Blueberry Muffin recipe and they were fantastic and only 3.5 syns each.

I found it an invaluable source of information and support when I started on SW last year. Everyone is really friendly and if your stuck in a rut food wise, the recipe sections are excellent for getting ideas.
