I messed up again

    Eererreeeek!!! Ive messed up my diet. Just ate a meal of lamb veg and rice!!!! Noooooo idea where to go from here

    Just accept it was a blip and get back on track. I had a blip a while ago but still stayed in ketosis - so hopefully you will too. Don't beat yourself up about it.

    Lipotrim boy are you back on?? Happy days!! It is hard though once u fall off it's hard to back in the zone.

    I was going to do a total fast today. No lipotrim products to try and make up for it ?? No idea if that will work?

    Peggysue that almost sounds like a punishment you're giving yourself for the 'mistake' hun. Be kinder to yourself! :) Fasting will only make your body go into starvation mode and you will retain more than if you go onto your proper 100% LT. I understand how hard it is to get back on board but I can tell you want to, or else you wouldnt have come back on here get some support xx Just draw a line under yesterday and have your shakes and water with a new determination to go after what you really want!! xx Good luck .. and please come back today and tell us how you're doing.

    Hun don't do that like uklady said that could do more damage if you go into starvation mode...... If you want to punish yourself for a little blip go and find a Leonard Lewis cd and stick that on for an hour! Good grief that's punishment if ever I heard it!!! I think I'd prefer the old bamboo shoot treatment! :) xx

    Hi Peggysue,
    Sorry if I'm coming to this a bit late, but I absolutely agree with the others - you'll have much worse effects if you're not getting your vitamins and nutrients from the shakes. If you can get straight back to 100% today then even if you *did* regain any glycogen, you'll have obliterated it by bedtime... :)

    A teensy blip and nothing to dwell on. Don't let it put you off your stride, else the fat wins! :mad:

    Peggysue, I had to go to a hen dinner a few weeks into it and still managed to lose 5lbs that week so there's hope after blips!! Please just put it down to a moment of human weakness and carry on regardless.
    What's done is done now, but you don't want to go back to your old ways do you???! NO WAY! LET'S DO THIS!!

    Peggysue, because I stayed in ketosis, I just got back into TFR mode the next day. Was okay cause I didn't have to go through the horrible first few days again to get back into ketosis.

    You can do it. We all try to be strong, but if you've a blip, just write it off and move on.
