Peggysue that almost sounds like a punishment you're giving yourself for the 'mistake' hun. Be kinder to yourself! Fasting will only make your body go into starvation mode and you will retain more than if you go onto your proper 100% LT. I understand how hard it is to get back on board but I can tell you want to, or else you wouldnt have come back on here get some support xx Just draw a line under yesterday and have your shakes and water with a new determination to go after what you really want!! xx Good luck .. and please come back today and tell us how you're doing.
Hun don't do that like uklady said that could do more damage if you go into starvation mode...... If you want to punish yourself for a little blip go and find a Leonard Lewis cd and stick that on for an hour! Good grief that's punishment if ever I heard it!!! I think I'd prefer the old bamboo shoot treatment! xx
Sorry if I'm coming to this a bit late, but I absolutely agree with the others - you'll have much worse effects if you're not getting your vitamins and nutrients from the shakes. If you can get straight back to 100% today then even if you *did* regain any glycogen, you'll have obliterated it by bedtime...
A teensy blip and nothing to dwell on. Don't let it put you off your stride, else the fat wins!
Peggysue, I had to go to a hen dinner a few weeks into it and still managed to lose 5lbs that week so there's hope after blips!! Please just put it down to a moment of human weakness and carry on regardless.
