After a weekend of having my son and his lovely Spanish girlfriend to stay you can imagine how much I have eaten.
I had vegetable omelette Saturday for breakfast(with salad)
bacon omelette Sunday for breakfast(with salad)
Saturday lunch
ricotta and spinach past with home made sauce
1 slice of garlic bread
salad
banana and natural low fat yoghurt
Saturday tea
Tesco lamb shank
sw style mash(normal for everyone else0
cauliflower
carrots
few nuts and raisins later on
Sunday lunch
Meal out turkey
stuffing
veg
new potatoes
cranberry sauce
Sunday tea
cooked meat
salad
low fat mayo
About 3 glasses of wine each day
And to my amazement I have lost 1/2 lb.
I am off out for lunch again today but am going to do a long walk before we eat and body tone tonight
Rest of the week am going to be so good so that I can post a good loss
