I must be doing something wrong

Hi gals!

I know i only started this on monday (on my own) but im defo doing something wrong! In 2 days i seem to have gained 2lbs!! I even went to gym last night i dont get it! please can someone check my food diary and tell me what im doing wrong.

I havent joined a group yet as the ones in my area are at the wrong times.. Ive only learned what i can from reading the posts on here and the official website.
