I have been trying so hard last week and this week i seem to of gone off fully i weighed my self today (bad girl) and i have put back on the weight i lost last week. I just cant seem to just not eat i found it so easy last week but this week is just a no go and i feel like s**t about it. HELP!!!:cry:
