I need a kick up the bum!!!!

Well, i've been on xenical for just over 2 months and i have lost 17.5 lbs which is fab i know but only 1.5 of those lb's came off last month which was disappointing to say the least. Has anyone got any food ideas that i can use? I dont want to tire of it and give up because I know i can do it. I'm just having a glum day!!:confused:

Chilli is ment to boost your metabolism, plataue's happen to us all when dieting, try not to be discouraged. You will start to loose again. x
