Hi, i am on day 4 of ss and just wondering about when i can start the bars?? also iv been reading things about muffins and mousses? can someone fill me in on that please, just getting so bored of the shakes already! not having any soups as find them all vile!

Hiya hun, you can have the bars after two weeks. For the mousse you can get Mix a mousse from your CDC which will turn shakes into mousses and muffins you make from your packs.. think there is a sticky at the top of the page for recipe ideas.

ohh thanks! appreciate it, annoying iv gotta wait two weeks for bars though! need something to chew apart from gum lol xxxx

i agree about the soups, tried to carry on with em' but only managed 3 days (they make me gag!!)

i feel so much better today! woke up and didn't feel hungry at all which i am so pleased about, just had one of my bricks and actually feel full! is this normal? not that im complaining lol i'd rather feel full than starving hungry. hope everyones doing good! xxxx

glad you are feeling better today hun, i havent had the bricks yet but am gonna ask my cdc about them at my weigh in tomorrow.

what are you going to ask about them? god they make life so much easier, especially as im at college, its alot easier than having to find a whisk somewhere lol. whens your first weigh in deb? and whats your goal? xxx

ooo good luck with your weigh in! got mine on wednesday, my scales are saying 12lbs so far but dunno how accurate my scales are lol. thats strange that you wern't offered the bricks. good luck hun! xxx
