Extra Easy I need help!!!

    5:2 Diet
    Hi all, I need ur help, I'm struggling today, got so much going on in my life at the minute and I struggled to eat today. This is my diary of the day:
    BREAKFAST - HiFi Bar (Healthy Extra B)
    MORNING SNACK - Mullerlight
    LUNCH - Mug Shot
    AFTERNOON SNACK - Banana and Satsuma
    DINNER - Jacket Potato, Mushy Peas and 28g Cheddar Cheese (Healthy Extra A)
    SYNS- Frappuccino - 8 syns
    HiFi Bar - 6 syns
    I am struggling because I never had 1/3 of superfree foods today an I know that the plan is not meant to work unless u follow the 1/3 superfree rule!
    Help me someone, I feel like iv blown it and I'm only a week in xx

    Dont panic what you had today could be classed as a green day, on green you are allowed 2 HE B's and 1 or 2 HE A's. as you have had 2 Hi fi bars this could be your 2 HE b's and you have used only 8 syns.
    On green you don't need to follow the 1/3 superfree. Hope this helps and good luck x

    Don't feel downhearted! Although you didn't have your 1/3 superfree, I reckon you could call it a green day and be done with it! That means you're on plan still.
    I'd try and up your superfree by having lots of fruit and some veg as your snacks. Get some satsumas and bananas and carrots and keep them in your bag. That way you can still have superfree throughout the day. It will take a bit of effort to to keep up the superfree, but if you make sure that you have some salad stuff/frozen veg you could easily put that with your jacket potato!

    I really didn't even think about swapping to a green day! U have both helped turn a bad night into a good one! Thank u both xxx
