try another pharm, I am under 30 bmi and still get it, some give it out till bmi 25, some bmi 20, ring around.

or - have a look for local cambridge diet counsellor, very similar diet, same ketogenic effect, similar price within £5 a week. BUT - you have to get a form signed by a dr. I did this a few years ago with bmi of 26, and got it signed off ok. so dont fret about the obese thing, and bmi 30.

there are also other ketogenic diets, like lighterlife, but they are way expensive, but - its only for a short time so you may afford it in the short term. shop around a bit, ring lipotrim (number on carrier bag) for your next nearest pharm, and see how you get on.

    good luck

have you had a look on the avidlite website, they do dietimeal shakes, bars and meals and are a lot cheaper than other alternatives, but you have to make sure that you buy the ones marked MRP to make sure you have all the right vitamins etc like LT, CD and the others x

If you havent got anything already for LT then I recommend New You - you can have a huge selection of shakes/bars/meals/soups and it also works on Ketosis theory. I changed from LT to New You last Saturday and Im very pleased with my choice :) Although I cant stay away from the LT forum ebcause everyone is so friendly!

Why not have a look at Exante? You order that online and if you buy a bumper pack it works out at £25 a week
