    Hey Pixie,

I just butterfly the chicken breast and grill (you can add any spices etc that you fancy), grill the bacon (or turkey rashers for extra low points ;)) and then chop up into pieces when cooked.

Sprinkle over chopped lettuce of choice, maybe some tomato or whatever else you fancy and serve with a bit of (extra, extra, extra) light mayo. Sometimes add a squirt of lemon juice & bit of black pepper into the mayo for a different flavour.

You could also substitue the mayo for a fat free dressing. Honey & mustard works really well too.

    Hey Gem,

BF wouldn't eat beans on toast either! He hates beans and thinks that carbs in the form of bread are the enemy LOL!! He'd be more likely to have a whole bag of mini kievs, 20+ chicken nuggets or 16 fish fingers etc. He's a huge 18 stone of muscle (makes me feel good that he;s almost 2 of me!).... my own little body builder!!!

    xx

Thanks for that Dobbie ... Why is it so difficult! ggrrr i get so fed up of the same things week in week out and now im working in the evenings its become 100xs worse!

this weeks menu ended up being

thurs- sausage cassarole (ww meal for me)

    sat - curry (chinese)
    sun- early roast
    monday-spag bol (ww meal)
tuesday w.i night off (chips burgers for kids)
weds- pasta, mushrooms, peppers, onions, bacon.

not hugely fantastic ! but hey lol better than beans on toast lol

Half the battle of a diet is getting interesting meal ideas so you don't get stuck in a rut with the same things week in, week out! I'm such a one for that and always pinching ideas from friends/family and making it low point!

You guys make me laugh a lot! What's wrong with beans on toast once in a while? I have to admit that I don;t have it often, but when I do have it I enjoy every mouthful LOL!!! Mind you BF isn't keen on the after-effect :D:rotflmao: I'm so classy!!!

BF is like my incredible hulk! Strangely it doesn't matter how big I am, he always makes me feel like a fairy! Every girl should have one at home for a 'feeling fat' day ... it's great ;)
