I need recipe ideas!

I've got a cooked Quorn family roast, rice, and potatoes. I'm doing green days and I'd like it to be as free as possible...

I was thinking some kind of stew but most that I've looked at have mushroom soup or some sort of thickening agent.

Any ideas?
