I am back with my tail between my legs.:eek:
Have been a member of SW for nearly 4 years (I am on the social committee) and in that time have been at target twice. Also was a regular contributer to MM - but 'other things got in the way'
Well now I am back, more organised and I am going to get to my 'new' target weight.
I have a 'big' birthday this year so that is my incentive.
So day 1 of the new me start today.
Have planned my meals until the end of the week.

Thanks for the welcome.
Had a really good day on SW - well a bit of a blip at lunchtime when I realised I had used 2 HEXb's and then had tuna so will syn the tuna.:rolleyes:
I follow the green plan as I don't eat meat and find EE too restrictive as I like to use my milk in coffee and with my cereal and often use my cheese when cooking.
Here is to day 2...............
