I Need To Do This Food Diary

Hi

I have piled on the pounds over the last 2 years and I'm at my all time biggest now and I HATE IT :(
I am so scared to weight myself as I know I am now over 13 stone.

Up until 2 years ago I was 10 stone and in my size 10 clothes and somehow I've managed to gain a massive 3 stone +.
I've tried diets over the last few years but I just never stuck to them - never was motivated enough. I gone down to 11 stone just before Xmas last year but it all slipped back on.

I just seen a pic of myself on Facebook this morning and it really dawned on me how unhappy I am with myself.

I made a promise to myself that I am going to do it this time.
I will be back in size 12 for Xmas - I promise.

I don't go to group so I will just weigh myself each Friday going forward.
Please feel free to leave any comments or tips you have.



Food Diary:

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix & full fat milk
I had'nt planned on starting today but I NEED to.
Not going to put it off anymore & hopefully not going to put it on either lol.

Lunch: Jacket Potato with baked beans & little cheese. Pear & Banana

Snack: Toffee Muller Light

Dinner:3 potatoes, boiled gammon & cabbage

Snacks: Curley Whirley & strawberries, Melon & 2 squares of Diary Milk

The weekend proved to be a tough one as I was away with my sisters - I tried to make the best food choices I could.

Saturday:

B/Fast: Grapes, melon & an apple.

Lunch: Wrap with Chicken, bacon & lettuce
I picked at my sisters chips also

Dinner: Chicken Chow Mein (I read somewhere that this would be between 7-10 syns )

I glass of wine - that was the hardest part of the whole weekend stopping at that 1 glass.


Sunday:2 X Weetabix with skimmed milk.

Dinner:3 Potatoes & sunday roast wit peas & mushrooms.
1 twister Ice loly

Supper: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast & a curley whirley
 
Monday 1st Oct

B/Fast:2 X Weetabix & skimmed milk
Cup of tea

Lunch:Brown bread sandwich with ham & egg mayo from deli.
Banana, Apple & cup ot tea.

Snack:Ambrosia Low Fat custard pot & apple.

Dinner: Weight Watches chicken curry & Fredo bar (I know)

Snacks:​ 4 X Rich Tea Biscuits, Curly Wurly,8 X Polo mints,
Muller light & pear

I have come down with the dreaded flu today :( I have that feeling that its going to be a long one.
I had planned to get up early and make my lunch to bring to work but as I was feeling poorly the extra 30 mins in bed won.
I am finding it really tough to say no to the chocolate biscuits that do the rounds in the Office at tea times :( This morning was especially hard.
Friday is weigh day so I'm going to be extra good all week in the hope that if I have a loss this week it will motivate me a little more.
