I need to lose this weight!!

Ive been dieting for what seems like forever and i lose some then put it back on, I have no willpower:(
So im going to try a week of 100% easy extra as i always do green days.
I dont go to class so not so sure of ee, so thought if i wrote it down you guys might be able to help me if you see things im doing wrong.
Im not totally sure about superfree either, are all vegtables and fruit superfree??
So here goes a week of 100% one day at a time

Day 1

Breakfast- green tea & muiller lite
Lunch- baked potato, tuna, beans, beetroot, tomatos, cucumber
Alpen bar (heb)
Tea-Sw Quiche (cottage cheese, 4 eggs, tomatos, mushroom, onions), sw chips, broccoli, carrots
Alpen bar (heb)

Snacks- green tea, coffee (hea-milk in coffee)

Not much fruit included in today but need to get to the shops tomorrow to stock up
Day 2

Breakfast- 2 fried eggs in fry lite, beans, 2 x bread (heb)
Lunch-leftover sw quiche, salad, muiller lite
Tea-diet coke chicken with noodles, carrots, broccoli, alpen bar (3 syns)

Snacks-grapes, frozen muiller lite, green tea & coffee (hea milk in coffee)

Glad to report i had a 100% day yesterday, stuck to plan except had an ice lolly at night, just a cola one so not sure how many syns, ill say 5 to be sure.

Well keeping a diary didnt work as it only lasted 2 days then i went off the rails :0( Im not good at this dieting thing atal. Im back again today hoping to keep going for a few days/ weeks

Green day
Breakfast-2 x toast (heb), spagetti, 2 x fried eggs
Snack- apple
Lunch- super noodles, smash, muiller lite, vitality bar (4 syns I think)
Snack- melon
Tea- smash pizza (onions, ham (heb), cheese (hea), tomatos, sweetcorn) cucumber, vitality bar (4 syns)
Snack- frozen muiller lite lolly

So thats today and hoping to do 30 mins on my exercise bike while watching eastenders tonight aswel as havent been for my walk this morning but might get a quick walk in after tea aswel if im not to lazy.

Tea- sw chips, with something, not sure yet
