Ive been dieting for what seems like forever and i lose some then put it back on, I have no willpower
So im going to try a week of 100% easy extra as i always do green days.
I dont go to class so not so sure of ee, so thought if i wrote it down you guys might be able to help me if you see things im doing wrong.
Im not totally sure about superfree either, are all vegtables and fruit superfree??
So here goes a week of 100% one day at a time
