a Green Day today!

Breakfast - clementine (was too close to lunch time for more)
Lunch - jacket spud with spaghetti, cucumber, lettuce, banana and fat free yoghurt
Dinner - Salad consisting of lettuce, onion, egg, pepper, plum tomatos, 2x red onion/rosemary sausages and pickled onions.

HEXA - Semi skimmed milk
HEXA - possibly cheese with salad tonight
HEXB - not sure if ill use yet.

Snack - Clementine, apple, yoghurt

No Syns!!

does this sound like a good day?? Is * week this week so abit worried about trying different days incase i put weight on!

Id appreciate oppinions. xx
 
Yeah sounds good :) I've started mixing the days up recently too I've gotten a bit bored...im enjoyin the additional healthy extras on the red and green days:)
 
Yes fine, but try and use your B choice every day, and on red and green of course you can have up to two b choices. They are important for fibre and you wont lose more by not having them. They are built into the plan. :)
