    Hi everyone,

    Just registered myself here. :flirt2:

I have problems with my weight since my early childhood and I tried a lot to loose my weight. Recently a friend of mine has tried some pills which said that they would speed up the metabolism and burn fat, as well as they would release the energy of the food. She lost about 1 stone in about two weeks with a balanced nutrition.

I'm about to try the same right now and would like to know if anybody has had similar experiences? I'll keep you updated.

    Hello Laura!

I hope those pills were a doctor's prescription, because 1 stone in two weeks seems to much. But the balanced nutrition is great and you must do that. Eat clean, drink water and exercise (better release the energy of the food trought exercise than pills:) ).

    Good luck!

Hi Laura, not sure if there is any magic pill out there, otherwise we would all be asking for it! LOL (I'll take 2 bottles)

However, a great boost/start to a weightloss, much of it might be water though suppose that depends on the individual and their weight/water etc. Stick with the balanced nutrition and just listen to your body whilst taking the tablets. Usually they are full of caffiene and can sometimes give you heart pulpatations.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.
