I pledge to break my new addiction .....

    :help2: I have developed an addiction that replaces my food addiction .... the internet and in particular minimins is a great avoidance technique for me. I keep reading on here about people doing their exercises etc and feeling guilty because I'm always on the blooming internet when I should be exercising!!!!

    I need to tackle this NOW :psiholog:

    So, I hereby pledge that as of NOW the ONLY time I will look at internet sites between now and Saturday evening is when I am at work :)rolleyes:) or I am having a tough time and need your support.

    This way, I can take the time to ride my exercise bike, do some arm exercises and do some thigh and butt exercises. :character00116: :character00115: Oh and do Yoga.

    As I'm not strong enough (mentally) to socialise easily at the moment, I will use the internet as my entertainment on Saturday evening. That is the ONLY time I am allowing myself to look at it while I am at home.

    So, this is a short farewell to you all. Wishing you all luck this week - - of course, YOU probably won't notice my absence as I should at least be able to pop in once or twice on a week day - but I WILL notice it when I am sweating on my bike.:eek:

    The Get into a Swimsuit Diet
    OR reward yourself for exercising with half an hour on the net!
    That way you do your exercises, then announce youve done them, do more then when you come back you should have some congratulations for exercising which will make you more motivated to go do more :eek:)
