Have a fantastic holiday Amethyst :)

I'm going away this weekend (our bank holiday) and to pre-empt the binging (Sunday a really bad day :() since Monday I've allowed myself to eat whatever I want and on Tues I am back on SS no questions.

I have found that since I did that, must be pyschological r something, but I've just been eating 'normally', ie, having a little choc when I want it and not an entire box cos it'll be the last bit for the next 2 months.....

Okay, I've gone up 6lbs initially with the water but I've not put on any weight since Mon and I know that when I get back on SS that will all go in the first week.

So, whatever works for you girl, so long as your determined to get straight back into CD when you get back.
Again, have a brilliant time :)
and best of luck when you get back.

am going to just carry on eating till i get back from hols sod it!! (regret it i bet ya) but i only have 5 soups left and can not get hold of my cdc to swap these banana shakes.. they really are horrid :(

so real food till tuesday 10th june.... sure it will fall off me when i get back i mean must speed me up abit?

Im sure it will fall of you as soon as your back to it. I think your doing the right thing now there is no point is messing about with one soup here and there a pile of water then a salad just eat healthy this week go pee of enjoy your holiday and get straight back to ss then :D :D good flippen woman ;) ;)

Don't give up! Take a break whilst your on holiday. Drink loads of water and enjoy yourself. We'll all be here when you get back to help you up on to the wagon again.
