ooooh good advice!!!! Im gunna think that when i have a munching patch again!!!! \i think its the week end!! I always uased it as an excuse to eat drink and be merry!! Its such a hard pattern to break isnt it!!

Oh well on wards and down wards eh?!!

I was just going to suggest something from WW as they have yummy desserts that will satisfy the craving but not pile the lbs on x

I had a dippy egg and some soldiers and a yoghurt! I was a good girl.

I do this. I get erratic and go off on one - "Right, I'm ordering a chinese!!!! I don't care" blah blah blah! I even go and find the menu, pick what I want and then calm down and cook something healthy. I get so close to doing it, it's ridiculous haha!

I know, Its strange isn't it.
