i start next week

Wooooo so happy i went to see spooky yesterday *she is sooo nice* made me feel really comfortable and first time in ages i could talk about my weight and not be embarresed :D i start next week and cant wait started to drink more water and eat less carbs so hopefully will crack this and see a new me next year!

Anyone know how to get a ticker on here please so i can track my progress :D

Welcome. I low carbed for about 10 days before starting CD and not only did I lose 7lbs but it made it much easier to start CD, I didn't get the shakes and dizziness I had when I tried to do LL 3 years ago, so I would definitely recommend cutting down on the carbs and upping the water, it really really helped me.
