I succumbed-had my first weigh in.

    I wasn't interested in getting weighed-as explained in previous posts. My lovely CDC wouldn't allow that though, so this morning (day 7) I weighed myself and.................................................................................................... I HAVE LOST 15-YES 15 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just shows that no matter how tough the first week is-the rewards are great,so lets stick to it everyone-water water water!

    incredible!!! :) well done you! I start at the end of the week and am dreading the first few days but am planning on sticking to it 100% and hopefully will see results! x
