You haven't blown it, you've only gone over your syns allowance by 1!
Just try not to have any more syns for the rest of the day, and you should be fine. If you are that worried, have 1 less syn tomorrow. You will be fine x

That's exactly what I would have said, be good for the rest of the day, draw a line under it and start again tomorrow. If you are still really upset about it then have a syn less tomorrow.
