    Daisy you know that the official line is going to be no. But they are zero carbs and my opinion is that if it helps you stick to the diet, wheres the harm.

    Of course the official line will also be that you should be drinking more water than coffee. but I regularly drink 10 - 12 cups of coffee a day and did so whilst ssing with no adverse effects

    NOOOOOOOO!!!!!

    i HAVE THESE AT HOME AND THEY CONTAIN CITRIC ACID!!! NO CARBS ETC ETC, BUT DEF CITRIC ACID! i HAVE 6 BOTTLES HERE AND THEY ALL CONTAIN IT. SORRY.

    nooo :( they should really say that on the page! kinda guessed we wouldnt be allowed, just really hate black coffee but am a bit of a coffee addict :( having to mix in the shakes atm lol

    Why can't you use skimmed milk. Like Sam, I used this when I SS and 790 and it never affected ketosis or weight loss. If your really struggling, why not have a chat with your CDC.

    have you tried adding the choc tetra to the coffee - makes it scrummy?

    i might give that ago tonight :) thanks! i quite like the toffee and walnut in coffee too.
