I know i should stop weighing myself i'm just in a habit of doing it :( i cant think though why i'm not losing anything, i added the bars on wed too.
I would measure myself but i've lost my tape measure, doh.

And this is why you should stay off the scales til your weigh in. Stay off them til you go for your official wi and I bet theyve moved :)
I just misread your week two weightloss as 101 lbs and almost fell off the sofa hahahaha.

I started ss+ on wed and i have not cheated one bit. I weighed myself and i seem to have put on 1lbs arghhhh how can that be?
I defiantly think im ketosis still but i feel like i'm back at square one :sigh::sigh:
I have thought the same this week, and yes I weigh myself every day too, so was really disappointed with WI yesterday when I only lost 1lb.... have stayed 100% without cheating. But today I got on the scales and have dropped nearly 3lb overnight, so glad I didn't cave in and eat this week when I was hungry, and this means I should have a really good weight loss next week. I also tried some jeans on last week that would have killed me if I had of sat down in them. A week later they fit comfortably, so although I only lost 1lb I obviously lost inches. Have now got my CDC to measure me so I know next time I think I am putting on weight I can measure myself and see that I am not.

Ah the perils of weighing daily; your weight fluctuates from hour to hour depending on hormones, fluid levels, time of day and many other factors. Focus on your weekly weigh in :)

sorry for the tmi but do you need a number 2? the food and lack of toilet action could show a mini gain, so could some water retention

also what youve drank and ate before being weighed makes a difference

i got rid of my scales at home, my cdc weighs me once a week, thats enough for now, will get a new set once im learning to maintain
