I just joined today & have read my magazine cover to cover, done a pointed day today and Am in the swing (previously lost with discover) but love love LOVE the simply filling option! What a revelation slimming world almost had it, but I think with this introduced, weight watchers have once more kicked ass x
i think the problem i found with SW was the monotony and the fact my weight went up and down like a yoyo despite sticking to the plan.
WW just suits me better because i never get bored with the food and i don't have to feel guilty when i eat out.
not tried the Simply Filling yet but enjoyed the old core plan, going to give it a go in the next couple of weeks.
