I currently weigh 15st 12 and looking for buddies to help keep motovation. Atm I am doin exercise 4-5 times a week and trying to keep calories at 1500 or less . I am starting out from being really unhealthy and eating junk food everyday so am grafually cutting stuff out. Would be nice to dpeak to you lovely people who know what it's like and help us all stay motivated and on track. Really want to lose weight for summer and tone up these legs!
