i don't know what you can I know what I'm putting though : fresh herbs, and Maggie. Sometimes dried garlic or 5 spices. Sometimes some couscous spices (ras el hanout). And yesterday I had some red thai curry (a little oil in it though), it was hot and delicious and it really stopped the hunger.

I hope you are feeling less ravenous today! I think sometimes it is all in the mind. I could easily go the whole day without food if I had to, but come the evening I could eat anything that wasn't bolted down!
