I weighed this morning after the 1st 3 days!

Hello everyone, I started dieting on Tuesday & I've already lost 6lbs! :eek: I just can't believe it! Now I can't wait till the 1st week is up to have another look!

I live in Australia where there aren't as many options available for low carb dieting. My daughter helped me to devise a diet plan that I could healthily do to lose weight relatively quickly. She now lives in England & recommended this site to me by the way- she is a member here herself. :)

My plan is-
brekky: 1 Atkins shake, vitamin pill, green tea.
lunch: 1 cup of green salad, 1 Atkins shake, 1 coffee.
dinner: 120 grms of chicken/fish/lean meat with 1 cup of low carb vegies, tea.
supper: jelly.
mid morning & mid afternoon I have 1/2 an Atkins bar, & I drink at least 3 litres of water a day.

It's certainly got me off to a good start! I am in ketosis & feel great! :D

I'm really enjoying this site! ;)
