Ok so I went spinning today for the first time!! My bum feels so bruised and sore I can barely sit down. I loved the hill climbs just for the relief I didn't have to sit down! Please tell me this wears off once you go a few times?

Also I sweated LOADS but my muscles don't ache? Perhaps there was so much to think about the first time I didn't try hard enough! Or I'll be in for a shock tomorrow and won't be able to walk!

Spinning doesn't get any easier! You've got to push yourself ;)

Can never understand when people say they did 2 spinning classes in a row - if you can walk after the first you've clearly not tried hard enough!

Aren't you suppose to stand up for the majority of the time and only sit down when your really need to? May help the bruised bum feeling - though I'm pretty sure it's the muscles in your bum which hurt from being worked rather than sitting down!

In mine we sit down a lot too and it really hurts my bum, hope your bums not too sore for too long
