To the docs about my palpitations, he just blamed anxiety and smoking and said not to worry, i asked could he refer me privatly, he said theres no need blah blah.. just gave me antibiotics for boils 
(thats 4 doctors in same surgery now)
here i am at home now, still getting them... urgh!
might just wait now till i move to leicester next week and get in to a doc up there and request a referel.. i have the insurance so why wont they refer me? rediculous!
anyway lost 2 pounds today, prob gained it back now had lots of bacon and chicken allready... still in ketosis so not worried... sure i will lose lots next week, cus i not pigging it out this week no way!!
