Ok I joined Weight Watchers on Monday as I would like to lose altogether 4 stone but hopefully over the next 12 weeks at least 1 stone and a half as I will be getting married on May 7 and would like to feel nice in my dress!

I've started this diary from Tuesday which was my first day of the plan.... Weekly personal points allowance is 29.

TUESDAY

Just realised that the ww chips displayed the old points system so the above has been edited from 3 points per 150 grams to 7.5, thought it was too good to be true - oh well only 1 point into my weekly allowance!!

Ok the plan today is to try and stick to a banana and berry smoothy for brekkie - a piece of ww malted bread with marmite for lunch to keep the worms away and to have a lovely tea tonight with the other half and a whole bottle of red wine that I've been looking forward to all week! I want to try not to dip into my weekly allowance, lets see how I do ...........

SATURDAY

1/2 banana & frozen berry smoothy made with 250ml skimmed milk 1

Lost 4lb :party0016: am really shocked though as am feeling so bloated at the moment and had a little too much alcohol on Saturday!
Am feeling very positive for the next week as my other half has joined today - I'm so proud of him as he's the only bloke in the group and I had to really persuade him but he's already talking 'points' with me!

4lb! well done - it feels great doesnt it when you have a loss and it really spurs you on. Its really helpful having my other half do it with me as I know otherwise he'd be having little snacks here and there and I'd feel 'put out' and get narky with him! :D
