I Will Be A Yummy Mummy....9 stone to lose!!!!

    Hey, i'm new....i did Weight watchers 2 years ago and lost 17lbs in 3 weeks! I then gave up =( I'm 20, i'm supposed to be young and fit but i can barely walk to shop without getting slightly breathless. I have two boys one almost 3 the other 10 weeks...i've put on 6 stone due to pregnancy and just can't shift it, i don't have the determination. I'm hoping writing what i eat and having people judge what i eat i might stick to it and be able lose this damn weight LOL

    So from today i will write on here at the end of every day hoping i'll get some support from you guys....be back later to update =)

    Here's my food diary of days 1-4....and what a rubbish start it is....wish payday would hurry up so i can get in some decent food!!! Lol

    Thursday 28th April

    Breakfast (5)
    CoCo Pops and SS Milk - 5

    Lunch (12)
    Subway Club on Italian with Light mayo - 9
    Curly Wurly - 3

    Afternoon Snack (6)
    2 x WW Blueberry Cakes - 4
    2 x WW moments - 2

    Dinner (16)
    2 x Original Birdseye Chicken - 8
    LF Oven Baked Chips - 4
    2 x WW Eclairs - 4

    Evening Snack (10)
    WW wine - 2
    WW cheesy bites - 2
    2 X curly wurlys 6

    45/45 Dailies
    4/49 Weeklies
    Activity points earned - 4!

    Friday 29th April


    Breakfast (6)
    2 x Crumpets with LF butter and Marmite - 6

    Morning Snack?!?! (4)
    2 x WW eclairs - 4

    Lunch (8)

    Greggs Sausage Roll- 8

    Afternoon Snack (5)
    Ice-cream with strawberry sauce - 5


    Dinner (23)

    1/4lb burger with 2 bacon rashers and onions in a large bun (23??)

    Suprised with a night out =(

    3 double vodkas with diet Lemonade - 6
    8 straight Vodka shots - 16
    And yes i was still standing lol
    Came home and ate my last eclare - 2

    Saturday 30th April

    Was meant to have Chicken strips but i didn't realise they had to be defrosted....duh moment!

    Boyfriend came over and we raided my chocolate cupboard =(

    Caramel Cake - 4

    Dinner (10)
    Chicken strips cooked in garlic mixed with rice - 10

    Sunday 1st May

    No Breakfast - Bad girl!!

    Think i eat far too many sweets!! Need to go fruit shopping and stop buying cakes and sweets!!!!

    I wish you the best of luck on your journey. From the heart i implore you to stick with it and use this forum as a place to get all the support you need.

    I was overweight through most of my 23yr old sons life, and through all of my girls lives. They have no memories of me going swimming with them and up until last week i'd never been on a fair ride with them (my girls are 11 & 13)... I've missed so much, please oh please don't look back like i do in 20 yrs times with sadness in your heart xxxx

    You can do this for your beautiful children and for yourself xxx

    4 tinned hotdogs in some bacon and tomato sauce with pasta but all i ate was the hot dogs lol- 5

    First weigh in tomorrow...my scales are showing only a 1lb loss but a loss is better then putting on i suppose xx
